What I Do
Nonprofit Consulting/Coaching
This is my primary work.
I help small nonprofits and faith communities — especially organizations under $1M — get clear, get focused, and get moving. Whether you're building your first real fundraising system, working through a leadership transition, or trying to identify what actually needs to happen next, I bring practical tools and honest guidance grounded in 25+ years of real nonprofit experience.
I've led from the inside — as an executive, board member, and advocate for communities that too often get overlooked. I know what it takes to build something sustainable when resources are limited and the stakes are high.

Format: 60–75 minute sessions, 1:1 or small group. Virtual or in-person by arrangement. Every session ends with clear next steps.
Rate: $200/hour. Scope and total investment are agreed upon together before we begin.

From Passion to Strategy (90 minutes) Fundraising fundamentals for small nonprofits ready to build a real system. We cover how to map your revenue, identify your donor circle, build a fundraising flywheel, and walk away with a one-page plan you'll actually use.
Fundraising Basics for Artists, Vendors & Creative Entrepreneurs (90 minutes) Built for independent creatives and small creative businesses who need practical, accessible tools for funding their work — without the nonprofit jargon. We cover how to find funding, make the ask, and build relationships that sustain your creative practice.

Flat rate: $600 per workshop session
